I have shaken the iPad until my wrists are numb and the pic won’t fall. I have closed and reopened the game and restarted the iPad up too but nothing works. Help please.

It was good I passed the level FINALLY
I have the same problem as Lou, I have shaken my iPhone but nothing happens. I have the feeling there’s is a bug and the fix might be is to uninstall and reinstall the game, but then I’ll have to go through all the levels I passed already again :/
